10 facts about Ryan Lochte

1. He was born on August 3rd, 1984 in Rochester, NY

2. His mom Ileana Lochte is Cuban which means our dear Ryan is half Latin (that’s just another thing we have in common, except for the fact I am a full Latin girl) 

3. Height: 6 ft 2 in  Weight:  194 lb

4. Siblings: Megan Lochte, Kristin Lochte, Devon Lochte and Brandon Lochte

5. He graduated from Creek High School in Port Orange after that, he graduated from University of Florida as a Sport manager    

6. Steven Lochte was his first swimming trainer and he has said his father has been his biggest influence in swimming

7. On 2010 Ryan was named World Swimmer of the year and American Swimmer of the year by Swimming World Magazine he also was named Male Swimmer of the year by FINA aquatics World Magazine

8. And our favorite swimmer is not just gifted in the pool, he also has a very unique talent for art, he enjoys drawing “surrealist nature art”

9. There’s a big closet at home with a huge collection of more than 130 pair of shoes and of course his favorite ones are the neon green that he designed for Speedo.

10. Have you ever though someone saying Ryan he is not a good swimmer?, well believe it or not he almost wasn’t offered a scholarship at UF for not being fast enough, now he has broken world records because of his speed; Good Job Ryan
