Orlando Grand Prix Finals
Day 3
Here we go again on the last day of Orlando Grand Prix
and this time we are getting kind of emotional cause this has come to the end,
these past three days have been amazing next to our favorite people on earth,
there is no doubt Ryan Lochte and Conor Dwyer gave us an amazing weekend, since
spent valentine’s day watching them racing, to make us excite and feel nervous
every time they got in the pool. We don’t even need to mention that we are
going to miss all these but we were waiting for Mesa Grand Prix.
Well, after that emotional speech it’s time to get
into this and talk about the competitions and just like always we have the best
of our favorite swimmers and more.
The best event of the
night, and maybe of the entire Grand Prix, was Men 200 LC Meter IM because our
two favorite swimmers were racing against each other, and they really surprised
us with an amazing and cardiac race.
Our dear Ryan Lochte took
the pool and gave us wonderful moments; he dominated the race and let his soul
on the pool. He won with a time of 2:01.32 and proved us why he is one of the
best swimmers of the world, and he obviously is back!!

Conor Dwyer also did an
awesome job winning the third place with a time of 2:03.39, we would say that
he is becoming a better swimmer each day and all his daily work is been
rewarded. So let’s see how Conor Dwyer’s swimming career progress in his road
to Rio 2016, it will be pretty interesting.

The fourth event of the night were the Women 200 LC
Meter backstroke and of course the favorite of the night Missy Franklin became
in the winner of this event, Missy did an amazing job the three days and this
time she won her 3rd medal at
this event taking the first place with a time of 2:08.47, follow by Hilary
Caldwell (2:11.11) and Kylie Stewart (2:11.48).

It didn’t pass more than
fifteen minutes and our dear Ryan Lochte took the pool again, racing on Men 200
LC Meter Backstroke and doing an amazing job as always ended in the fifth place
with a time of 2:01.32 but no matter what happens he’s still our favorite!!
The next event were the Women 100 LC Meter Freestyle
and this time Missy Franklin did it again getting her 4th medal of
the event finishing on very first place
with a time of 55.37 follow by Christine Magnuson 55.59 beating another of the
favorites of the night Dana Vollmer who finished as third with a time of 56.66.
Congratulations girls you were awesome tonight!!!

To finish his participation
in this Grand Prix, Conor Dwyer raced on Men 100 LC Meter Freestyle, even know
it’s not his strength, he did an incredible job ending fifth with a time of
51.49 totally deserved.
Tonight was the best night
of the entire Gran Prix and trust us, we couldn’t be more proud of Conor and
Ryan’s job this finals session. We would like to congratulate them and thank
them for the amazing moments they gave us this Gran Prix and also we want to
thank all of you for reading this blog.
We are gonna miss Orlando
Grand Prix (as we already wrote), but don’t worry we’ll be back on April to cover the next Grand Prix
in Mesa, AZ. So stay tuned!!
