Hi everyone out there! Here we are again with another blog. We all know Ryan is very close to his family and that’s why we decided to talk about this in the blog of the week. This time we are talking about each member of his family. We could see them on Ryan’s reality TV show but we’re trying to getting deep this time and just seeing the things from a different perspective, if you are interested on it all you have to do is to keep reading.

The first member of the Lochte Family that we are going to talk about is Steven Lochte (his father) and as some of you might know he was his first swimming trainer and not just that, Ryan has said more than once that he was his biggest inspiration and one of the reasons why he decided to be a swimmer. Ryan still represents the swimming club were his father works as a coach (Daytona Beach Swimming).

And now we have to talk about his mother, Ileana (Ike) Lochte, she was born in Cuba and moved to the USA when she was seven years old, of course she speaks Spanish very well and she is a great mother of 5. Next to Steven Lochte, Ike was Ryan’s first coach. As you can see the Lochte family is so into swimming, that’s why Ryan loves it and is good at it. We don’t even need to mention that Ryan and Ike have an excellent relationship and as a good mother she keeps Ryan’s Olympic medals. So now you know why Ryan is so good looking and fun, all is because he has Latin blood running through his veins.

Now it’s time to talk about Kristin, Ryan’s oldest sister and even though we saw her in What Would Ryan Lochte Do? as the mean sister who is always so tough with Ryan’s dates, there’s more about her that we could talk about, first of all she’s a happy married woman, mother of the cutest boys ever Zaydin and Trustin. And she is also a swim coach in Daytona Beach swimming and swam on college so we were not kidding when we said that chlorine was running through the veins of many members of the Lochte Family.

Megan Lochte is also a mother of a beautiful girl that we are sure you all already know, Megan personality is super cool. She and Ryan shared so many parties together when they were younger, so that might give you an idea of their brother-sister relationship and as a proud member of the Lochte family, Just like Kristin she also swam on college.

Devon Lochte is the young brother of Ryan and well we think you all know they have a very close relationship, they live together. Devon used to be part of the swim team at University of Florida, he swam at university for two years and then he decided to leave the team, but he was really talented, Ryan even told the press Devon was better swimmer than him. And you all remember Ryan said they used to have the dream to be part of the same relay team in an Olympic games and who knows maybe someday they dream come true, we would really love to see that.

Almost getting to the end of this, it’s time to talk about the little Brandon Lochte, Ryan’s younger brother and even though we haven’t seen so much about him we can tell you that he’s not so into swimming as the rest of the family, he prefers basketball and he’s studying in the same high school where Ryan studied in Port Orange Florida.

And last but not least we couldn’t leave out of this to Ryan’s nephews, yes we have to do a special mention of Zaydin, Trustin and Dalia. We all have witnessed the love of Ryan over children, you know he has a debility for them and their three lovely nephews are not the exception, it really seems he is a very good uncle and we think that is so so so lovely and tender, Ryan is a family guy and he really loves to spend time with Zaydin, Trustin and Dalia, you just have to take a look on Ryan’s instagram to verify this.
