Hi guys after a while here we are again with a whole new blog and this time we decided to do Ryan Lochte’s alphabet, we know we did something similar before but we promise we did this one in a different way, as usual we tried to make it fun and enjoyable for you all, so we really hope you like it and have so much fun while you are reading just like we did while we were writing. J - Jet Lag. Ryan travels a lot because of all the Internacional competitions that he's part of so it's totally compressible suffer the time changes.

K - Kids. This doesn't need an explanation, it's well known he loves kids, starting with his nephews and niece.

P - Pet. More than a pet, Carter is Ryan's friend.
