2013 Austin Grand Prix Finals Day 3




And we got to the end of Austin Grand Prix and here’s what you need to know about Ryan Lochte, Conor Dwyer, Missy Franklin and more. 
On Men 200 Fly Finals Bobby Bollier ended first (1:58.18), follow by Tyler Clary (1:59.43) and Dan Madwed (1:59.73).
On Women 100 Back Missy Franklin did it again and won the competition on 1:00, the second place was for Hilary Caldwell (1:01.81) and Isabella Arcila finished as third (1:02.22). 
On the other side at Women’s 200 IM Missy Franklin finished on second place with a time of 2:12.57, the first place was for Karlee Bispo (2:12.49) and third place was for Alexa Komarnnycky (2:16.40). 
There’s no doubt Missy is a great swimmer and she proved it at Austin; Congratulations Missy!!!!!



Men’s 100 back was taken for Matt Grevers who won the competition with a time of 53.75 follow by Eugene Godsoe (54.75) and Arkady Vyatchanin (56.87).

Our dear Ryan Lochte placed 6th on Men 100 Breaststroke with a time of 1:04.83 but no matter what we still love him. In the same event the first place was Mike Alexandrov (1:01.76), 2nd BJ Jonhson (1:02.23) and 3rd Mark Gangloff (1:02.43).



And finally the most awaited event… The Men 200 LC Meter IM, and our favorite swimmers gave us an amazing race and it was definitely the best of the entire Grand Prix, Ryan Lochte got a well deserved 1st place in a time of 2:00.98 and definitely made all his fans so proud, the 2nd place was Tyler Clary with a time of (2:03.02) and the 3rd place was our amazing boy Conor Dwyer with a time of 2:03.09, so close to the 2nd place, yes it was so cardiac!!!

Congratulations to Ryan Lochte and and his partner-in-Speedo crime Conor Dwyer!!! And thanks for giving us an amazing weekend, also Congratulations to the rest of the swimmers, Missy Franklin, Ricky Berens, Nathan Adrian, Matt Grevers, Anthony Ervin, to name a few!!!


Definitely this was the best day of the Austin Grand Prix, so sadly it came to the end, but don't worry this is just the beginning, we're getting ready for the next Grand Prix in Orlando, see you there!!!

2013 Austin Grand Prix Preliminaries Day 3

Last day of preliminaries at Texas Swim Center, and just like the 2 days before our favorite swimmers were there giving their best.
At Men 200 LC Meter Butterfly Bobby Bollier got 1st place (2:01.81), the second place was for Tyler Clary (2:01.97) follow by Alec (2:03.06).
 
On Men 100 LC Meter Breaststroke Ryan Lochte got into the pool and placed third on his heat and 7th on the competition with a tie of 1:06.55.The first place was for Mike Alexandrov with a 1:02.48, BJ Johnson qualified second in 1:03.90, and Mark Gangloff was third in 1:04.10. And we are so excited because we’ll see Ryan at finals tonight.

Women 100 LC Meter Backstroke of course was taken for Missy Franklin who leaded the  competition with a time of 1:00.85, 2nd place was for Hilary Caldwell (1:02.36) and third place was for Miyuki Takemura (1:02.43). They will be at finals. 
 
Matt Grevers got the 100 backstroke in 55.61, follow by Kelly Aspinall (57.87) and Arkardy Vyatchanin (57.96). All of them qualified as finals.
 
Women 200 LC Meter IM was another victory for Missy Franklin who qualified as first (2:17.55),Karlee Bispo qualified second in 2:18.58, while Central Buck's Allie Szekely turned in a 2:18.76 for third. Good Job Missy we’ll be supporting you at finals.

The last event this morning to our favorite swimmers was Men 200 LC Meter IM, the competition was lead by Andrew Ford (2:05.96), follow by Tucson Ford (2:06.42); after touchedas second on his heat Ryan Lochte qualified as third with a time of 2:06.52, our dear Conor Dwyer will be also at finals after placed second on his heat, he qualified as fifth with a time of (2:07.88). Our guys did an amazing job just like always and we’ll be supporting them tonight on finalsin the last day of the meet.

2013 Austin Grand Prix Finals Day 2



Day two at Austin Grand Prix finals, and the first winner of the night was Alexa Komarnycky (4:47.15).
The second event that took place at Texas swim center was the 400 m IM and Tyler Clary proved why he is an Olympic medalist winning (4:20.36)
The next Olympian who took the pool at Austin was Missy Franklin in Women 200 LC Meter Freestyle swimming in lane four and of course she won the competition by far with a time of 1:57.69 follow by Quinn Carrozza (1:59.42) and Barbara Jardin (1:59.98).

Then we could see the event of the night full of swimming stars, Men 200 Freestyle, and here we could see our favorite swimmers Conor Dwyer and Ryan Lochte taking the pool, and that was probably the most cardiac race of the night, we could see Ryan Lochte back to back with Ricky Berens who ended as first in the competition with a time of 1:48.39, the second place was for Michael Klueh (1:49.48) and our dear Ryan Lochte ended as third with a time of 1:50.19 proving why he is one of the best swimmers of the world, and no matter what we’ll be always supporting him. 
Our dear Conor Dwyer finished as fourth with a time of 1:50.72, and we don’t even need to say we are so proud of him.

After that, the always lovely Missy Franklin backed to pool to win again on Women 200 LC Meter Backstroke with a time of 2:07.31; Congratulations again Missy!!!!!!
The second place was for Hilary Caldwell (2:12.13) follow by Miyuki Takemura (2:13.74).

On Men 200 LC Meter Backstroke we could see great swimmers too and the winner of the event was Matt Grevers with a time of 1:58.84 beating Tyler Clary who ended second with a time of 2:01.02, the third place was for Arkady Vyatchanin (2:03.82).

And on the fastest competition of the night Men 50 Free the winner was Nathan Adrian (21.70) and there’s no doubt he is the fastest swimmer on USA, the second place was for Anthony Ervin (22.43), and third place was for Garret Weber-Gale (22.96).

And this is how the second day of the Grand Prix ended, but tomorrow's gonna be an amazing day and sadly the last one of the Grand Prix.

2013 Austin Grand Prix Preliminaries Day 2

Day two at Texas Aquatic Center and our boys were there taking the pool again. But before that Missy Franklin swam on Women 200 LC Meter Freestyle and lead heat two with a time of 2:00.48, and of course she is on finals tonight.
After that was time to see our favorite swimmers at Men 200 LC Meter Freestyle where we could see Conor Dwyer swimming on lane 4 heading his heat with 1:51.95. Then was Ryan Lochte the winner of his heat with 1:52.47; and we'll see both at finals tonight racing next to Ricky Berens. Congratulations to all of them!!!!
With no surprises one of our favorites: Missy Franklin leads her heat throwing to finals with an amazing time (2:10.66) in Women 200 LC Meter Backstroke. Great Job Missy!!!
On Men 200 LC Meter Backstroke, the Olympics medalist Matt Grevers (2:06.81) and Tyler Clary (2:06.89) qualify as A finalist.
The last event of the morning was Men 50 LC Meter Freestyle and we could see Jimmy Feigen (22.30), Matt Grevers (22.70) and Nathan Adrian (22.83) leading the competition.
Definitely this morning was full of emotion and we are sure tonight will be even better, so don't miss Austin Grand Prix finals set for tonight at 6CT at Texas Swim Center.

2013 AUSTIN GRAND PRIX 

Finals Day 1




And here we are again after finals in Austin Grand Prix; it was a busy afternoon full of races, the first event: Women 100 Free Finals was taken for the favorite of the night Missy Franklin with a time of 54.68 (Congratulations Missy!!!!!!!!)

The second event of the night was Men 100 Free Finals and the winner couldn’t be anyone ‘but Nathan Adrian breaking Matt Biondi’s standard in 48.32 follow by another Olympian winner Ricky Berens with a time of 49.35, taking the second place in the race, the third place was for Jimmy Feigen (50.01).

And of course our favorite ones were part of the night at B finals Men 100 Freestyle and Ryan Lochte leaded this one with a time of 51.09, Conor Dwyer took the fifth place with a time of 51.50; no matter what we admire what they did, and just like always we are so proud of both.




The netx event was Women 200 LC Meter Breaststroke the winner was Rachel Nicol (2:28.79), the second place was for Raminta Dvariskyte (2:31.47) on third place Allie Szekely (2:32.68).

On Women 400 LC Meter Freestyle Missy Franklin stay out of the best three, taking the 4th place 4:12.56, beat by Chloe Sutton (4:09.35), Barbara Jardin (4:10.27) and Quinn Carrozza (4:11.16).

At the end, but not less important, we could see Ryan Lochte competing in 100 Fly Finals, he placed 4th with a time of 54.14, and of course we are so proud of him.

Well this is a sum of what happened today with our dears Ryan Lochte and Conor Dwyer at Austin, keep in touch cause the best is still to come this is just the first day.

Austin Grand Prix Preliminaries results


Austin Grand Prix Preliminaries results 

This morning we could see Austin Grand Prix at university of Texas, so many Olympian stars attended there from Missy Franklin to Ryan Lochte.

The first event was Women 100 LC Meter Freestyle and of course Missy Franklin dominated the pool leading preliminaries with a time of 55.06.
 The second event in preliminaries was Men 100 LC Meter Freestyle full of stars such as Ricky Berens, Nathan Adrian, Matt Grevers, Anthony Ervin, and giving us a big surprise our favorite swimmers Ryan Lochte and Conor Dwyer were part of the event. Qualifying on A finals Ricky Berens took as 1st with a time of 50.22, beating Nathan Adrian who took the 3rd place (50.33).  


Meanwhile Ryan Lochte and Conor Dwyer qualified on B finals, Ryan Lochte with a time of 51.19 and Conor Dwyer 51.72. And of course we are really excited to see them racing tonight.
In the fifth event in preliminaries we could see Missy Franklin competing in the 400 LC Meter Freestyle, she qualified 6th with a time of 4:16:38, and she is on finals tonight.
The last event in preliminaries was Men 100 LC Butterfly, where we could see our dear Ryan Lochte qualifying 4th with a time of 55.01, and he is on finals tonight
That was a great morning full of great races, and can't wait to see finals tonight. And as you can imagine we are suporting our favorite swimmers Conor Dwyer and Ryan Lochte!!!!!!!!
