Conor Dwyer’s Bromances

Hi everyone welcome to another post!!!!! This week the main subject is, as you could see in the title, Conor Dwyer’s BromamceSS :O :O :O and yes you read it right!!

We decided to talk about this because lately Conor Dwyer’s Friendships has become in a real thing you know what we mean. We have read on twitter and other social media that we are not the only ones who have notice that Conor is a little bit SO friendly with many members of the US team and the French team, people from Florida, people from Baltimore, Great Britain and pretty much everybody. So basically what you will found out on this post is that our dear Conor Dwyer is super friendly (here you have another reason to love him even more). But before start with this, we want to clear that here are just a few of his bromances because if we talk about every single one of them we’d never finish haha kust kidding.

And now let’s get started with some friends from Florida and they are the Joyce Bros. Michael and Thomas, we don’t have a name for their bromance but let us tell you that these bros are some of the funniest people on the long list of Conor’s friends. As we have told you before in another post Michel Joyce used to be Conor’s roommate when he was living in Gainesville and it really seems they always had so much fun together especially when Thomas joined them. But even if they are not in the same room they still can have fun sending each other some fun snap chats just like the next one haha.

And of course they don’t miss a chance to joke around and pissed each other (just like friends do) posting on twitter some awkward pictures. But honestly we can’t complain about it because we love to see all these pics of Conor I mean not in a creepy way but it’s just fun to see.

And now that they don’t live in the same city anymore they keep their friendship that’s why some weeks ago Michael visit Conor in Baltimore and hang out with him and Michael Phelps and since Conor is now Living with Michael (Phelps) something make us think Michael (Joyce) might had stay at Michael’s (Phelps) place. 

Anyway the important here is that these bros are very close friends With Conor some years ago they share College years so that’s why we thought it was appropriate to put it on this blog.

And now that we talk about Conor’s roommates we couldn’t let out of this to the new roommate (and GOAT) Michael Phelps and you know their bromance has some couple of names just like DWELPS or PHYER (just pic the one you like the most, personally we prefer the first one) and even when this friendship took us by surprise some months ago, now we are totally use to it.

You know the story of this, they were teammates and when Conor decided to move out to Baltimore Michael offer his place for Conor stay at and now they are basically best friends. Conor has told Michael give him some advises to improve his swimming, text him before important races to cheer him on, etc.

They both are dog lovers so Conor always enjoy spending time with Herman and Stella and what about his love for videogames, both have a special talent for golf so definitely these guys have man things in common maybe that’s why they became friends.

Anyways something clear is that they are always having fun and we are sure we’ll keep seeing more of DWELPS the next few years at least until Rio 2016 and we love it.

And now it’s time to talk about one of our very favorite bromance and maybe you are guessing who’s next on this list and yes you’re right we are talking about the one and only Ryan Lochte and mixing their names we have RONOR and we know we always talk about this but seriously we love these two individually and together just…we just can’t.

They met some years ago in the University of Florida and they were teammates so they trained together with coach Gregg Troy and also used to spend many time together at parties and red carpets and they even have so many friends in common for example Thomas Joyce who is also friend with Ryan. Devon Lochte used to party With Conor and Conor’s twin brother used to dinner with Ryan. Ryan’s cousins are friends with Conor and we better stop here because this is getting confusing and we think we made our point: they share many friends.

They used to have the same manager so maybe that’s why they attended to so many events together. The result of all this is that there are many pics of them so now just enjoy them.

Continuining with the list, we are going to mention the scottish swimmer Robbie Renwick: Robbie+Conor=Ronor but in this case let's call them Ronor 2.

Robbie is a great friend with Conor but he's also his rival in the pool, cause Robbie also swims the 200 free, maybe you remember him from Barcelona.

Back in February 2013 Robbie was invited to train at the University of Florida and to be part of the Orlando Grand Prix. Conor was chosen to be Robbie's host in his visit to the USA. They spent some time together before the swim meet. Conor as a great host took Robbie to tour the UF and you could saw them cheering on the Florida Gators football team at the well-known "The Swamp".

If you remember, the Hall of Game Awards took place in the days Robbie was in the USA. Conor had to attend the event but he took Robbie with him (it was so sweet that Conor didn't leave Robbie alone in Florida while he was in LA). So instead of training at the UF (the original plan) Robbie flew to LA and there he visited some beaches like Santa Monica and then attended the Hall of Game Awards with the best date you could ever ask for... Conor (we will kill to be Conor's date one day, not literally of course haha) (Conor also had another date in that event, Nathan Adrian, but we will talk about it later in this post).

We bet Robbie didn't know he would become a reality TV Star but he made a cameo in What Would Ryan Lochte Do; you might remember the only swim meet which was part of the show was precisely the Orlando Grand Prix and Robbie was so lucky to be part of the show.

Before Robbie went back to Scotland, he and Conor partied in Orlando and hanged out with the Florida crew.

After that, in order to keep their bromance alive, Conor and Robbie exchange some messages (we suppose via WhatsApp or something like that) but they also tweet each other btw cool tweets. 

After a long time they reunited in Barcelona the past summer and also in october when Robbie traveled to Baltimore for some training. 

And they'll do it again in Glasgow next December, where both will compete at the Duel in the Pool.

At that event (Duel in the pool) will be swimming another good friend of our dear Conor, the French Yannick Agnel; who is also his biggest rival in the pool.

Conor+Yannick=Cannick haha we love this one.

As you know Yannick just moved to Baltimore to train with coach Bob Bowman at least until Rio 2016. So Conor and Yannick became training partners but they are not just that. They quickly became good friends and you have seen them together so much lately, and we are not referring just to the training part. They DO seem to have a good time when they are together (true bromance) that's why we were kind of surprised when we found out Yannick wasn't Conor's date at the 2013 Golden Goggles last Sunday haha just kidding, but we would have loved to see Cannick attended the event.

His bromance was more alive than ever last summer, first at the World Cup in Holland and Berlin where both competed against each other in the 200 free (don't worry his rivalry in the pool doesn't ruin their bromance) and also you could see them hanging out with other international swimmers and partying after the meet (also in Barcelona Cannick was seen at the after party).

Then we have seen them attending some events together like the US Open in New York where they were cheering on Serena Williams (their seats were to die for).

And finally they hanged out in the past Minneapolis Grand Prix and obviously they see each other everyday at the NBAC, their bromance grows up everyday.

The last one but obviously not least is Nathan Adrian, this might be your favorite one because we have seen through social media that Nathan has lots of fans out there and they approve this bromance.

Dwyer+Adrian=Dwadrian?

Haha as you could see we still don't have a great name for this bromance but feel free to suggest one.

This bromance is not recent, they have represented the US swim team for many years so they see each other frequently. They like to hang out in the swim meets like the the Grand Prix series, and you could see them taking his friendship to the next level and sharing a tub in Barcelona  (thanks Charlie Houchin for the glorious pic haha) we absolutely loved that moment.

We also love their conversations through Twitter about video games and casual Tweets they send to each other.

At the Hall of Game Awards Nathan was also Conor's date (we say “also” because the other date was Robbie Renwick), they took many pictures together and share some interviews, if you click here you can see one of those interviews, btw we think the interviewer was kind of flirting with Conor (don’t blame her, Conor is so cute).

Nathan joined Conor last august in Las Vegas, both of them posted the same picture as soon as they made it to Vegas and when you see someone using the same filter as Conor you immediately know that person is actually with him and Conor really appreciates that person to share his “secret” haha.

There in Las Vegas they had the chance to race against each other but this time it wasn't in the pool, it was a car race and the winner of it was... Nathan!!! We loved Conor's face on the podium haha it was hilarious (and so cute) every time we see that picture we can't help but laugh hahaha.

As you could read Conor has lots of bromances but that only means he has lots of good friends, he should consider himself so lucky for having many friends around.
