Hi everyone!!!! Recently Conor Dwyer’s Tweets have become in such a remarkable subject in twitter world, and we are not surprise about it. It’s a fact that when it comes to write in less than 140 characters nobody is more creative than Conor. From candies to trips, inspirational quotes and of course replies to his fans here you have some of the best tweets of Conor Dwyer.

We admire Conor for all his multiple talents and these days we found out that writing tweets is one of them if you don’t believe us just take a look in the next list.

To begin with, we are sure you all remember the next one: “If you don’t like Swedish fish it’s gonna be very hard for me to like you”. With this tweet Conor cleared the world he loves candies specially “Swedish fish” and here we have a message for you Conor and is that we love those soft and chewy candies too so there’s high probabilities that you love us as soon as you meet us (just kidding).

After that reveling tweet now it’s time to go back to 10/04/2013, yes right before Mesa Grand Prix, with our favorite swimmer arriving to Arizona after 14 hours of travel!. “14 hours of travel /1 lost bag and im finally in Arizona for the grand prix”, you might be wondering why this tweet is special and the truth is, after read that Conor missed a bag we were so concern hoping that bag wasn’t the one with the tiny speedos on it hahaha. Fortunately it wasn’t in that way because we could see him wearing them at the swim meet (and of course we loved every single one of them).

“Off to Chifown” ok we got to mention this, clearly he meant “ChiTown”. He was going there to be the guest of honor at Chicago for St Patrick’s Day celebration, the funniest thing about this is that we think he didn’t even notice about this little misspelling. Anyway he is funny even without planning.

The next one is one of our favorites. Just as we promised we included some deep quotes of Conor Dwyer and this is so worth to mention: “The only disability in life is a negative attitude”. Yes! We totally agreed with him, nothing better than a positive attitude to make it better. Thanks Conor we always learn a lot from you and definitely we love you attitude.  

Another Conor’s deep quote is this one: “Haters are the best motivators #fueltofire” and of course he’s right, haters are people who admire you secretly, who envy you. So the best way to don’t let haters affect you is ignore them or just take their envy as a compliment, you are doing something right and people can’t see you succeed. Just be yourself and ignore what people think and say about you. We are glad Conor takes haters as a motivation to be better every day.  

Going back to London 2012, everybody has to remember when Conor won his first Olympic medal and how he shared the news with all his twitter followers. He posted a picture with the following message: “Dreams DO come true. @RickyBerens @ryanlochte @MichaelPhelps”. Teaching us that everything is possible in this life. If you work hard in order to make your dreams come true you will do it. And Conor is the best example of it. As you know he worked really hard to be part of the USA Olympic Swim Team and he did it. So if Conor made his dreams come true, we can do it as well. So don’t give up.

And now let’s talk about when Conor replies to his fans. We are so lucky because Conor has replied to us several times, and we want to share with you some of our favorite ones. The first one is from last month:“Hi guys! Enjoy the #TransformationTuesday of the week with our favorite swimmer @conorjdwyer #MexicoLovesConorDwyer”, as every Tuesday we posted our “Transformation Tuesday”. In that case we made a collage showing Conor's evolution as a golfer, in one of the pics Conor was just a little kid trying to play golf and in the other one Conor was in London playing mini golf with other Olympians (Matt Grevers and Nathan Adrian). The reply we got from Conor was “been killin it since 89 in the putt putt golf game”. We got to accept we didn’t catch Conor’s idea at first but then we remembered that Conor was born in 1989 so we think Conor tried to tell us he has been a good golfer since he was born (?) And he can be as good as Tiger Woods. Well at least we’re sure he knows how to play golf but we don't know if he is as good as he said. We need to play against him to find that out! So Conor... We dare you haha

Our favorite reply from Conor has to be the first one; if you don’t follow us since the beginning you may not remember it. Well, long time ago (october 2012) we posted one of our favorite pics of Conor, where he is signing a pair of very unique converse. “I want those sneakers autographed by @conorjdwyer and of course I want him too hehe”. We posted that tweet in the morning during classes and in the afternoon we were at school studying for an exam when suddenly we got a notification with this “I autograph them whenever you want!!”. We were so excited jumping around the classroom; we couldn’t believe Conor tweeted us for the first time and the tweet was in Spanish. We don’t really know if he used google translator or he asked for help. It will always be a mystery to know how he understood the tweet (not sure if he knows Spanish).

 

Well, that is all for today but we still feel all the emotion remembering some great moments and great tweets.
