Mesa Grand Prix Finals Day 2

Hi again one more time he we are with the best moments of Mesa Grand Prix at finals Day two. So many great swimmers took the pool tonight and all of them gave us great races to watch. As always we will be bringing you the best of our favorite swimmers Ryan Lochte, Conor Dwyer and more.

One of the most expected races of the night was the Women 200 LC freestyle and this was a very cardiac race, we could see Katy Ledecky and Missy Franklin competing each other. Finally the winner of this event was Katy Ledecky beating Missy for just three hundred of a second with a time of 1:56.93. Second place was for Missy Franklin with a time of 1:56.96. The third place was for Erika Erndl with a time of 2:00.12. Congratulations girls that was an exciting race to watch!!

And the time to see Conor Dwyer and Ryan Lochte finally came and we have to say it is always a pleasure to see them race in the same event. This time was on Men 200 LC Meter Freestyle A final where they had the chance to compete next to another olympian, Ricky Berens, who won the competition with a time of 1:48.93.

But lets talk about our favorite swimmers. First of all it was a big surprise to see Conor Dwyer racing on A final but he proved us why he was competing there. He did such a great job finishing in fifth place with a time of 1:49.85 improving by far his morning time (1:52.11). The only words we can say are "Well Done Conor, we are so proud of you!".

Conor's partner-in-speedo crime Ryan Lochte did an amazing job as well, he finished in sixth place with a time of 1:51.26 and we are so happy with his results. This race was so cardiac and so exciting but we enjoyed it a lot.

For the Women 200 LC meter backstroke Missy Franklin went back to the pool and win the event with a time of 2:09.35, follow by Elizabeth Pelton (2:12.37) and Clara Smiddy (2:13.33).

Ryan Lochte took the pool again and this time was on Men 200 LC Meter Backstroke he finished as fifth with a time of 2:03.07 improving his morning time (2:03.25) but the most important thing is that he has all the support from his fans. All of them go wild every time he is presented and we are so glad he is supported by a lot of people.

Once again the fastest race in swimming the Women 50 Meter freestyle gave another victory for Natalie Coughlin who won the first place with a time of 24.90, Jessica Hardy won the second place with a time of 25.38 and finally the third place was for Christine Magnuson (25.47).

The last event of the day was Men 50 LC Meter Freestyle and we could see Nathan Adrian who won with a time of 21.72 followed by Anthony Ervin (22.31) and in eight place Matt Grevers (23.94). We are surprised with the speed of all those swimmers.

Well the second day of Mesa Grand Prix came to the end but don't worry there's still another day of competition. So don't miss preliminaries session day three set for tomorrow morning at 11 CT.
